My name is Michelle Caskey and I have been married to my best friend for 22 years. I’m a homeschool mom to two awesome boys who are in their teen years. I am a Christian, a fan of simple living, and a lover of chocolate. I enjoy reading, writing, and spending time with my family. I love my spicy chai tea in the morning and I have a hard time staying out of the snacks at night.
I grew up in a family with 3 girls and 1 boy. My sisters and I always thought something was wrong with our brother because he was so different from us girls. I think that God giving me two sons of my own is proof of his sense of humor. I’ve since done a lot of research about boys and it turns out they are much more different from girls than you’ve probably ever been told. I take courage in the fact that God made them that way so there must be a reason for it. 🙂

The mission of Homeschool-Your-Boys.com to encourage and educate parents of boys. One of the keys to enjoying our boys is to understand them more fully. My goal is to help homeschool parents understand and appreciate their sons.
In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Writing and Computer Science, I have produced a private blog with a faithful following since 2007, published numerous freelance articles in various magazines, and have authored several books… bringing a high level of professionalism to the world of homeschool blogging.
